Return Policy

Please read and review our return policy before placing an order. Thank you!

All returned items must be back to our warehouse  within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Email us at to request a return label. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, We will email you with the reason why and you will be responsible for shipping costs to ship it back to you. If an item sits in our warehouse for 14 days or more with no payment for return shipping, it will be donated. 

All Returnable items may be returned to Original form of payment.


We do not offer exchanges (unless you are shopping in person)  as we cannot promise the item will be in stock. If the item is returnable, we encourage you to send it back for a full refund and if the item is still in stock you can repurchase. 


Final sale means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.

*We reserve the right to deny any return for the reasons listed below.*

*Items with no tags on them

*Items that are not in resellable condition (has been worn, washed, altered, stained in any way, smells of cigarette smoke, or has animal hair on it.)

*Sale items

*Shoes that have been worn or that do not have original box.

*Items returned past the 14 days allotted.

*Bralettes, leggings, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, socks, and eyewear are all FINAL SALE.

*Items purchased in person at a temporary pop up location are FINAL SALE.

*Items with tags on them that appear to be tampered with or reattached will not be accepted. We are a small business. Please do not wear our items and try to return them. They will not be accepted. 


Any item that is returned back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the order that is not included under the non returnable list above. 


We will provide you a return shipping Label through email. 

*Please use the original mailer bag for clothing if possible.

*Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box. Please to not affix shipping labels to the shoebox itself.

*We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.

*All returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after receipt.

*You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. 


Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.

*If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at so we may address the issue.

*Please include photos if possible.

*We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.

*We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.

*You will receive a full refund for the return of defective items.
